Tender Bidding Service Roles & Responsibility:

• Selection of Tender by Your End after that we will work out and explain all the details.
• Preparation of Documents according to Tender Requirements and as per your guidance.
• Providing Required Documents as per Tender Requirement from your end. (Techno commercial / Commercial Bid details).
• Pay Portal Charges / DSC Charges / Tender Processing Fees / EMD & Its Follow up / Other tender Processing charges (Bear by customer before tender Due date)
• Courier all relevant documents to the department before time, Courier Expense will be Bear by Customer Only.
• Attend Pre-bid Meeting In case of requirement, Pre-bid Meeting Expenses should be Given Advance before Going for Tender Meeting.
• Co-ordination with the Tender publishing authority or officer in case of any clarification.
• Third party communication we not be covered in this agreement
• We will need At-least on week time to start work on approved tenders
• You need to provide all the document before 2 days of submission as per our document checklist
